COD POLICY
COD Fee is free for COD orders.
Cash on delivery is not supported in the following situations:
1. The selected city does not support COD service at present.
2. Incorrect phone number format.
3. There is a previous order that you have not signed for yet. Please finish signing for it before you place a new order.
4. According to your historical order records, your COD service has been suspended.
Return & Refund Policy
Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

The Item has not been received by Buyer;

The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

Trends by Jakz has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;

The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item; or
-
By way of private agreement with Seller and Seller must send his/her confirmation to Shopee confirming such agreement.
Buyer’s application must be submitted via the Trends by Jakz official website, within ten (10) calendar days after the return request is raised.
